Welcome to tonycard .com! The purpose of my site is to provide you with all the information you'll need if you are interested in Real Estate in the Big Bear Valley.   At this site, you'll not only gain access to all current listings within the Big Bear Valley, but as one of the Top Producers  in the Big Bear Valley, I am here to answer any questions that may come up as you consider investing in the Big Bear Valley.

While our real estate office is located in the heart Big Bear Lake, California it is still ideally located to serve all of the communities in the Big Bear Valley.  Centrally located in Southern California, and surrounded by National Forest, Big Bear is only a couple of hours away from all the major Southern California counties.

Whether you're looking for a lakefront, or a small cabin, ownership of a Big Bear property offers four seasons of fun. In winter and spring you can enjoy Big Bear Valley's great snow skiing and boarding at Bear Mountain and Snow Summit ski resorts. In summer and fall there is fishing, boating and water skiing in Big Bear Lake. There is also mountain biking, hiking, golfing, horseback riding, and many other scheduled events. Additionally, you'll find great shopping, dining, and of course, relaxing…which is a big part of what owning  Real Estate in the Big Bear Valley is all about!

The fact is that the real estate market in Big Bear is still thriving. The prices of  homes and lands that are currently being marketed by Tony Card are still very affordable. For investors that have given up on buying real estate "down the hill", Big Bear Real Estate is still a great investment opportunity. Quality  property can still be found at prices far below those that are found in the majority of Southern California's real estate markets. As with most markets, you'll find that our prices will vary depending on what location you want to buy your Property in. Big Bear lakefront homes and estates are of course more expensive than a quaint cabin in Sugarloaf, but you'll find all the areas offer their own unique investment opportunities. If you plan to buy a second home in the Big Bear area, then you may even want to consider a home that is suitable for a vacation rental program.

We all know that the market has changed from a seller's market in 2005 to the buyer's market of today.  There are a good number of bank owned, REO properties on the market in Big Bear.  For a look at the current inventory, simply click on Property Search.

If you are looking for a Real Estate agent who actually cares about you and your needs, then I'm the one.  From the smallest cabin in Sugarloaf to the largest lakefront, I can help you.
